What to do if my already purchased subscription doesn't work?

Note! You don't need to pay again after once purchasing a subscription.

Please, try to restore your purchases as follows:

1. Go to "More" > "Restore purchases"

if it doesn’t help

2. Reload you phone

if it doesn’t help

3. Delete the app, reload your phone and install the application again (after that you need to go to "More" > "Restore purchases" again and repeat it).


How to cancel my subscription?

Note! A subscription cannot be activated without your confirmation. Only you can manage and cancel subscriptions. When you subscribe to Premium Access, you must agree to the terms of subscription by entering a password or confirming it by Touch ID/Face ID.

You can continue using our free version after cancelling a subscription.

Implement following steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your device's Settings;

2. Scroll down and tap iTunes & App Store;

3. Tap your Apple ID;

4. Tap "Subscriptions";

5. Select the app;

6. Tap "Cancel subscription".
